Apply for Online Coaching

ITER would like to support the global growth of IO staff and re-enforce the core values within the IO managerial culture. As such, we offer an integrated and customized on-line coaching programme, that can strengthen IO values among our staff and managers.

Your journey will be delivered remotely. Within a secure online environment, you will start a personalized coaching program and work together with a certified coach to achieve your own professional development goals.

You will experience intense on-line support during a period of 4 - 8 months up to 5 - 8 hours in total. Together with your coach you design your own coaching trajectory, but you are in the lead!

At ITER we value measuring our impact. As part of your coaching experience you are asked to complete the UNLOQ ‘People Analytics' questionnaire. By signing up for the ITER Coachdesk you are committing to completing 2 (short) questionnaires. People Analytics measures coaching effectiveness. Only you and your coach have direct access to People Analytics and can see all details.
